Résumé
My next chapter

Software AI engineering.

Learning to integrate AI into software and build agents I can depend on.

Eval:

Check what the agent actually does. Find the failures before changing the system.

The goal: dependable agents and better outputs.

Learning in progress

Making agentsdependable.

Three things I’m learning to get right.

  1. Evaluations

    Did it actually work?

Define test cases, inspect failures, and run the eval again after each change.

  2. Context engineering

    What should the agent know?

Learn how to give the agent the instructions, information, and tools the task needs.

  3. Harness engineering

    What keeps it on track?

Explore the execution loop, tool boundaries, and recovery around the model.
